By accessing and using Lupy, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Lupy provides lifestyle (Life) and work-related (Work) tools, including but not limited to:

Life

• Lucky draw and lottery tools
• Team management
• Event planning features
• RSVP management
• Group maker and ladder game

Work

• Teams: team and member management
• Work Check: task templates and assignment/result tracking
• QR Commute: attendance and place-based check-in (QR)
• Meet Link: meeting scheduling and calendar-style booking links
• GPS Stamp: location-based photo stamp and assignment verification

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

Premium features are available through subscription. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

5. Limitation of Liability

Lupy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
